This digital version of the patient diary is intended to be completed by a healthcare professional to be provided to patients. This tool helps patients understand their VENCLEXTA medication schedule and when their appointments and blood tests are scheduled, it answers frequently asked questions and includes a treatment diary for patients to fill in during the 5-week ramp-up period.
